How often should commercial floors be stripped and refinished?
It depends on foot traffic, the floor type and how well the finish is maintained between visits. Busy areas need it more often, and regular scrubbing, recoating and burnishing can stretch the time between full strips. We will recommend a schedule after seeing your floors.
Can floor care be added to my regular cleaning plan?
Yes. Many clients schedule floor care as part of their recurring plan, and others book it as a one-time project, for example before an inspection, an event or a move-in.
Do you clean commercial carpet too?
Yes. Commercial carpet cleaning and spot treatment are available alongside hard floor care, as well as tile and grout cleaning.
